Fee Structure

The fee structure is based on the number of hours charged in a month. For less than ten hours service in a month, a 'casual' hourly rate is applicable. When between ten and twenty hours service is billed in a month, a discount of ten percent on the casual rate applies. If the monthly service exceeds twenty hours, a discount of twenty percent is applicable. GST will be charged in addition to the hourly rate (and is claimable as a credit by most businesses).

Guarantee

In support of our business aim, we guarantee our work. If our services do not meet the full purpose of an engagement and a client is not totally satisfied with the results, we undertake to re-do the work - free of charge or waive our fee (conditions apply).
